My daughter and I are checking out this morning after spending a night at Crown Towers Sydney, and it exceeded every expectation. We had booked a Premier Harbour Suite and were absolutely thrilled to be surprised with an upgrade to the Opera View Suite on arrival. What an incredible start to our stay! The suite was simply stunning, with two beautiful bedrooms, two luxurious bathrooms, and enormous bathtubs complete with built-in TVs. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind while taking in some of the best views Sydney has to offer. Every room had amazing views, but the lounge room was spectacular, with uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. With Vivid Sydney lighting up the harbour, the outlook was absolutely magical and something we'll never forget. The staff were impeccable from start to finish. Every interaction was warm, professional and genuine, and their attention to detail made us feel incredibly welcome and valued. From the luxurious suite and breathtaking views to the exceptional service, this was a truly memorable experience. Thank you to everyone at Crown Towers Sydney for making our mother-daughter getaway so special. We can't wait to return.

What a truly gorgeous hotel. Every detail was flawless; from valet service and reception to the pool and bar staff. The service throughout was exceptional and exactly what you’d expect from a place like this. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and professional, making the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The atmosphere was luxurious yet welcoming, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining such a high standard across every part of the hotel. An outstanding experience from start to finish. Thank you for making my first stay here, the best experience yet!

A lovely luxurious 4 night stay at Crown Barangaroo. We upgraded to a Harbour Bridge View room on Level 23 ($715/night), but the view was mostly of a vacant construction site - very underwhelming for the price. Noisy interconnecting room and loud sports cars between 12-2am made it hard to sleep. Breakfast ($65pp) was below expectations - dried sausages and barely cooked bacon, though staff were lovely. Room service on our last night took nearly an hour - ordered at 7:38pm, food arrived at 8:30pm. As a solo mum, this was a trip we had saved up for a long time and wanted it to be truly special, but we were left feeling disappointed. Expected more from a 5-star hotel. The positive highlights of our stay was the lovely big bath and high-quality shower amenities, which added a touch of luxury. Fantastic location and beautiful walk along the waterfront!! For the price we paid, the view fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. In hindsight, the lower rate Deluxe King Room overlooking the water would have been a much better choice!

I would like to share some concerns regarding my recent stay. Upon entering the room at check-in, I noticed multiple strands of hair left in the luggage area, which was quite disappointing from a hygiene perspective. On another day, after housekeeping service, there were no pillows on the bed at all, and they had instead been left carelessly on the sofa. In addition, I found the attitude of the front desk staff to be far from welcoming. During my stay in Australia, I had the opportunity to stay at four different five-star hotels, and none of the others demonstrated such a lack of hospitality. There was also a particularly concerning incident when I returned to retrieve an item I had forgotten in the room. After informing the front desk, I was asked to follow a staff member. However, upon reaching the back office area, the staff member walked away without saying a word, seemingly expecting me to continue following. As I attempted to pass through the entrance, it turned out to be a staff-only access point, and an alarm was triggered. Is it acceptable for a staff member to leave a guest unattended in such a situation without any explanation, such as “they will assist you”? Although I was later told it was due to absent-mindedness and received an apology, I found the experience both confusing and quite shocking. Overall, I must say that the level of service I experienced was not only below five-star standards, but also fell short of what would generally be acceptable even at four- or three-star properties. Location was amazing.

Never experience such an awful hotel experience in my life. Staff attitude one star. Management did try and rectify situation but then was instantly ruined by more staff being rude and spoken to like a moron. Struggled with bags at check out told to leave my stuff outside & when I couldn't carry everything reception staff said what you doing leaving that there which was an ice bucket that I had champagne that I wanted to finish but was told wasn’t allowed to drink in the hotel even though it was given to me by the hotel ….Ice bucket was property of the hotel so wasn’t going to take it out of the hotel …. very bizarre behaviour. Then reception staff stormed outside with it and put it on the baggage counter outside. Outside pool area had x3 dirty drinks glasses on all beds for hours. Bed side table in room had tea looking stains all on them. Couldn’t go in Nobu for walk in drink/snacks at happy hour they advertised was busy the lunchtime brunch I booked was fantastic and fantastic staff. Couldn’t go in roof top bar was busy. So make sure you check in the hotel book everywhere that you want to go at the beginning of your stay . Another night friends come to meet for a drink with her partner she tripped on her heel on the carpet (didn’t fall over) was refused to let in second bar we went into in the hotel. 2 members of security remover from the bar and the hotel never been so humiliated in my life never experience such intimidating behaviour In my life to a couple in their 40s/50s….. When asked to speak to the manager was refused numerous complaints have been made to feel so uncomfortable and upset by a holiday stay and would not would never stay here again.
